Self Defense Workshop
November 8, 15 & 22
Saturdays • 1-4PM
PRESENTED BY CROSSFIT FUQUAY-VARINA AND NC STATE CAMPUS POLICE
Members $20/session, Non-Members $30/session
These workshops will teach effective and proven techniques for
self-defense with the fundamental skills to reduce your risk in dangerous situations, avoid becoming an easy victim, and protect yourself from an attacker. You will learn and practice new skills within a variety of common scenarios, such as empty streets and parking lots, crowds and parties, and if you are isolated with an attacker.
Develop the skills to take an active role in your own defense and improve your mental well-being. The techniques taught are easy to learn and practice, and can be performed by almost all abilities even without any prior martial arts experience.
These workshops can be taken separately or together depending on your experience and individual requirements.
