Looking for a fun, active way to spend quality time together?

Our Parent + Kid Strength & WOD Class combines fitness, teamwork, confidence-building, and FUN in a welcoming CrossFit-style environment designed for all experience levels.

Parents and kids train side-by-side while learning foundational lifting movements, teamwork, body awareness, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

· Dynamic Warm-Ups – Movement games, relays, animal walks, and partner mobility drills that keep kids engaged and active.

· Strength & Skill Training – Learn safe, age-appropriate lifting fundamentals including squats, deadlifts, presses, kettlebells, and beginner Olympic lifting drills.

· Partner WODs – Fun and scalable workouts where parents and kids encourage each other, move together, and celebrate effort

· Confidence & Community – A positive atmosphere focused on growth, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits.

Jana White

Coach Jana brings a unique blend of athletic experience, military discipline, and a passion for coaching to the gym. A former high school and collegiate lacrosse player, Jana understands the dedication and teamwork required to succeed at the highest levels.

Jenn Pardue

In the summer of 2012 Jenn had found herself 65 pounds overweight and incredibly unhealthy. She started CrossFit in a friends garage as a way to try and lose some weight and get healthy. CrossFit and nutrition became a passion that changed her life! Jenn lost close to 70 pounds and hasn’t looked back.
