I began my fitness journey 8 years ago and discovered CrossFit, which completely transformed my life. Since then, I’ve earned my CrossFit Level 2 and USA Weightlifting Level 2 Certifications. More importantly, I’ve found a passion for helping others take control of their health and fitness. Getting healthy has been life-changing for me, and now I’m here to help you start your journey too.

Led out by a USAW L2/CF L2 instructor and a NASM certified personal trainer/CF L1/USAW Competitor – Barbell Club is a technique-driven strength class focused on improving your Olympic lifts and foundational barbell movements. Each session emphasizes proper mechanics, controlled progression, and quality reps over speed or conditioning.

Classes typically include dedicated work on the snatch, clean & jerk, squats, presses, and pulls, along with positional drills and accessory work to address individual weaknesses. Expect a slower pace, detailed coaching, and opportunities for personalized feedback. This class is ideal for athletes who want to:

  • Improve barbell technique and confidence
  • Build strength in a structured, focused environment
  • Learn the why behind the lifts
  • Lift heavy with intention—not against the clock

All experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to Olympic lifting or looking to refine advanced skills, Barbell Club provides a supportive setting to get stronger and move better.
