WOD #1

1. 400 m Swim- each athlete must complete one lap (down and back) partition as needed.
2. 100 Lunges with a plate
3. 1 mile on the assault bike - both athletes must complete some mileage
15 Minute Time Cap

WOD #2

“Clean Up”

200 run + 1 clean (any style) per partner RX M 155-175-195-225
RX F 95-115-135-155
SC M 95-115-135-155
SC F 65-75-85-95
Score: total time. After completing last set of cleans, max reps @ final weight in time remaining. 7 min time cap

WOD #3

“Who Needs Legs?”
15 Min Time Cap
150 Wall Balls 20/14 (Rx ) 14/10 (Sc)
90 Box Jump Overs (Rx) Step Overs (Sc)
60 Chest to Bar (Rx) Pull ups (Sc)
Partition reps as needed for each movement. One athlete is always rowing. During transition, as soon as athlete sits on rower, other partner may begin working.
Score A: Time completed Score B: Meters Rowed

Standards for Athletes
Rx athletes must be able to perform the following:
Clean (any style)- 225/155# M/F
Chest to bar pull ups
Box jumps (24/20)
Wall balls (20/14) to 10/9 ft target
All other standard CrossFit movements and standards

Scaled athletes must be able to perform the following:
Clean (any scale)- 155/95# M/F
Pull ups
Wall balls (14/10) to 10/9 ft target
All other standard scaled CrossFit movements and standards
